Email and calendar connections are optional and granular. Orbitlo asks for what a feature needs and nothing more, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings.

Email Cleanup is off by default and requires explicit opt-in. Permanent deletion cannot be undone, so it is never enabled for you, never runs on a schedule you didn’t set, and shows you exactly what it will delete before it deletes anything.
