1. Acceptance of Terms
Orbitlo is operated by Orbitlo LLC, a limited liability company organized in New York. By accessing or using Orbitlo ("the Service") — including the orbitlo.com website, the waitlist, and the application at app.orbitlo.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
- Bank account aggregation and transaction analysis
- Subscription detection and management
- Credit card tracking, liabilities, and payoff optimization
- Portfolio, wallet tracking, and price alerts
- Trading terminal with multi-broker order routing
- Travel planning and booking assistance
- Work productivity tools (email, calendar, tasks, cleanup)
- Document editor, PDF tools, and encrypted vault
- Codaa — AI reasoning and application generation
- AI-powered insights, automations, and recommendations
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Orbitlo.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information to create an account. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at contact@orbitlo.com.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and are web-only — there is no in-app purchase on mobile. You may cancel at any time through Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice; founding-member pricing remains locked for as long as your subscription stays continuously active.
6. Third-Party Services
Orbitlo integrates with Plaid (bank connections), Stripe (payments), Google and Microsoft (sign-in, email, calendar), supported brokers including Coinbase and Alpaca (trading), Amadeus (travel search), speech-processing providers (voice features), and AI infrastructure providers. Use of these features is also subject to those providers' terms. Travel prices and availability are subject to change — Orbitlo is not responsible for booking errors or price discrepancies, and market data may be delayed or incomplete.
7. Trading
The trading terminal transmits orders you author to brokerage accounts you own and have connected. Orders execute at your broker under your agreement with them, not with Orbitlo. Safety features — confirmations, protective exits, and pre-trade checks — reduce but cannot eliminate the risk of error. You are solely responsible for every order placed through your account.
8. Codaa and AI Features
Codaa performs reasoning tasks — analysis, planning, debugging, and research — and generates working applications. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose; review them before relying on them, particularly for financial, legal, medical, or safety-critical decisions.
You own the applications you build with Codaa and are responsible for what you build and how you use it. You may not use Codaa to generate malicious software, infringe intellectual property, or violate any law. Generated projects run in a preview environment inside Orbitlo and are subject to fair-use limits.
9. User Conduct
You agree NOT to use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with or disrupt the Service, reverse engineer any part of the Service, use automated systems without permission, share account credentials, or abuse free-tier access.
10. Usage Limits
To keep the Service fast and available for everyone, fair-use limits apply to AI and search features. Limits reset on your billing cycle. Sustained automated or abusive usage may result in throttling or suspension. Current limits are shown in the app.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service is owned by Orbitlo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data and grant Orbitlo a limited license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.
12. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Orbitlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including trading losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbitlo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
16. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
17. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
18. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
