An AI operating system is different in three concrete ways:
Codaa is the part of Orbitlo you talk to when the problem is open-ended. Most of what people ask it has nothing to do with code — research, analysis, planning, working through a decision, explaining something buried in your own data. It handles that the way you’d expect from a strong assistant, and because it lives inside the product it starts with your context instead of a blank box.
The other half is building. Describe the application you want and Codaa works with you the way a senior engineer and architect would: it asks what you are actually trying to make and who it is for, suggests what kind of product it should be and whether it is something you would sell, helps you decide and design before anything gets written, and then builds it with you through conversation. Your files on one side, the conversation in the middle, the code and the running application on the other — you click through the real app inside Orbitlo, ask for changes, and watch them land. When it is ready, export it and deploy it wherever you like. What you build is yours.
That behaviour is the point, in research and in building alike. An AI that will tell you the question is wrong, or that a build did not actually succeed, is one you can trust with the questions that matter.
EwwCode is Orbitlo’s side project, built for developers. You post a code snippet — up to 30 lines, or a longer excerpt imported straight from a public GitHub repository with attribution — and the community judges it on a scale from 0 (beautiful) to 10 (absolutely EWW). Then they roast it in the Roast Pit, follow you, and the best and worst of the week end up in the Hall of EWW. People on EwwCode are called Ewwsers.
It also has Standup: private rooms where a team judges each other’s code with nobody else watching. Every popular language is in, from JavaScript and Python to Rust, Go and SQL. It is free, there are no ads, and it lives at ewwcode.com and on X at @ewwcode.
Why build it? Every developer has code they hope nobody reads, and every developer already shares the cursed stuff in private chats. EwwCode gives that honesty a public home. It is also the natural neighbour of an AI that builds software: the same taste that tells Codaa what clean code looks like is what Ewwsers vote on every day.
Orbitlo is built by Orbit Intelligence LLC, an independent, founder-led company in New York. No venture-backed roadmap, no growth team, no committee between a problem and its fix. It started because the founder wanted a financial life that didn’t require eight apps and a spreadsheet to hold together, and it kept growing until it existed.
Being independent shapes the product in ways worth knowing. There’s no one optimising you into upsells. There’s one price, and it includes everything. Decisions get made fast, and when something is wrong it gets fixed in days rather than quarters. The roadmap is honest and public: some modules are deeper than others, mobile follows web, and features ship when they’re right rather than when a launch calendar says so.
